My new Sheffield studio is starting to bear its first fruit with this autumnal recording of ‘The Suitor’s Ballyhoo’. I play the song a lot slower than I used to and captured this in a couple of free days between shows with the trees obediently dropping their leaves outside my window.
Earlier this week the light and landscape were just perfect whilst I listened to a test mix on a train, so I captured a slow motion of the view using my phone. I hope you’ll agree it works well accompanying the song.
