Wow – an epic week up at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in which Basia, Jane and I managed to clock up over twelve shows in a week!

Highlights included an amazing show at the last Golden Hour for The Forest Cafe and a lovely moment when we got to serenade a group of Maths academics in The Pleasance Courtyard who got another group of friends to watch us play via skype on their laptop.

My music has been popping up in some new places on the web the last month… Younger Looking Skin was played on an american internet radio show ShockPop! which is aired on scrubradio.com every Sundays at 5pm.

It was also featured on CD-RWu podcast in Poland here… http://cd-rwu.blogspot.com/2009/07/0037.html.

I had the hillarious honour of being nominated for ‘Best Cover Version Of The Year’ award on The Waiting Room’s excellent podcast for my version of ‘There’s A Guy Works Down The Chip Shop Swears He’s Elvis’ by Kirsty MacColl.

I didn’t win but hey, my first nomination for anything since a certain school debating competition when I was fifteen…
